CleaningDone4U is a trading name of Edita Poviliene, a sole trader based in Worcester, England, providing cleaning services across Worcester and the surrounding areas. Your contract is with Edita Poviliene trading as Cleaning Done 4U.

These terms apply to your use of the CleaningDone4U website and to any cleaning services we agree to provide. Quotes given on or via this website are indicative; a final price is confirmed before work begins. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices shown (e.g. “from £60”) are starting prices and vary with the size and condition of the property and the service required. A quote becomes a booking once we have confirmed the work, price and date with you.

We agree bookings at a distance — through the quote form or chat assistant on this website, or by phone, email or WhatsApp — so you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. The 14 days run from the day after the day we confirm your booking.

To cancel, simply tell us clearly before those 14 days are up — email cleaningdone4u@gmail.com, call or message us on 07726 212370, or use the form below. Any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough; you do not have to use the form. If you have already paid us anything, we will refund it within 14 days of you telling us you are cancelling.

If you want us to start within those 14 days

Cleaning is often booked for a date that falls inside the 14-day cancellation period. If you would like us to carry out the work before that period ends, please tell us expressly that you want us to start early — for example when you accept the quote. You keep your right to cancel, but if you cancel after we have started you will pay a proportionate amount for the work already carried out. Once the work has been completed at your express request, the right to cancel it ends.

Separately from the legal right above, we ask that you give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a booked clean, so we can offer the slot to someone else. We will tell you the notice we need, and whether any charge applies to a late cancellation or a missed appointment, when we confirm your booking — we will never charge you for anything we have not agreed with you beforehand.

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to let us know of any hazards, pets, alarms or special instructions in advance. You do not need to be present; we will agree secure access arrangements with you.

We take pride in our work and back it with a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with any part of a clean, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to put it right at no extra cost.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace or restrict them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we must carry out our services with reasonable care and skill, and if we do not you are entitled to have the work put right or to an appropriate price reduction. Telling us after the 24-hour guarantee window does not take those rights away.

Payment terms will be agreed with you at the time of booking: before you commit, we will tell you the price, what it includes, when payment is due and which payment methods we accept. We will not ask you for any payment or additional charge you have not agreed to in advance.

We are fully insured. Our certificate of insurance is available on request — email cleaningdone4u@gmail.com or call 07726 212370 and we will send you a copy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided — but that limit does not apply to loss of or damage to your property caused by our negligence, and nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Please report any concerns to us promptly so we can resolve them.
