• Details you provide via our quote or contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service and property details you tell us, and any message.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, the content of those messages and your WhatsApp profile information (handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms).
• Limited technical data — such as a hashed IP address and browser user-agent — collected to protect the form against spam and abuse.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To provide our cleaning services where you go on to book — to perform our contract with you.
• To protect our website and prevent spam and fraud — on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, who act on our instructions:

• Our website hosting provider, which stores enquiry data on our behalf.
• Resend, our email delivery provider, used to send us your enquiry by email (if enabled).
• Cloudflare Turnstile, used to tell humans from bots when you submit a form (if enabled).
• WhatsApp/Meta, if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) are in place.

Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies (for example, a short-lived security token set by Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit a form). We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. Our “Chat on WhatsApp” button is a simple link and sets no cookies.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records — typically up to [24 months] from your last contact — after which it is deleted. Customer records relating to bookings may be kept longer where required for tax and accounting purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• Ask us to erase your data;
• Restrict or object to our processing;
• Request portability of data you provided;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
