Six reviews left on our Google Business Profile are still readable on public directory listings. They are reproduced here word for word, exactly as they were written — one listing mirrors seven in total, and these six are the ones still readable.

A review on Google is the most useful thing you can give us — it is public, it is yours to edit or delete, and anyone can read it without taking our word for it. Tell it exactly as it went, good or bad.
About these reviews
Anyone can type a glowing quote onto their own website. We would rather tell you exactly where ours came from and what we can and cannot prove about them.
- The reviews above were recovered, not re-typed from memory. Every one of them was posted on our Google Business Profile. What you see is copied from public business directories that mirror that profile — we have not gone back and matched them off against the live listing one by one, so we will not call them “verified” until we have.
- Nothing has been edited. Each one is reproduced word for word, in full — including the stray spaces and the odd typo. Nothing has been shortened, tidied or stitched together from more than one review.
- Names appear exactly as the source shows them. That means initials — that is all the directories show. We can recover some full names, but we could not prove which name goes with which review, and it is their personal data, not ours to publish.
- Dates appear only where we can prove them. Among the recovered reviews, one carries a date confirmed by a public record. The rest are shown with no date at all, rather than a plausible guess.
- The stars are an inference, not a quoted figure. The directories mirror the old profile’s overall score but not each review’s own star count. That overall score was high enough that every individual review must have been a five-star one, which is the only reason five stars appear on those cards.
- Nothing has been held back. These are all the reviews we have been able to recover. We have not held any back for being less flattering, and if a critical one turns up it will be published here with the rest.
