How much does a clean cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the service. As a guide, domestic cleaning starts from £60 per visit, office cleaning from £70 per visit and carpet cleaning from £50 per room. Are you insured and DBS-checked?
Yes to both. We're fully insured and DBS-checked, and we'll send you a copy of the insurance certificate if you ask. With only two of us, the person you let in is someone you'll know by name rather than an agency worker you've never met.
What products do you use?
We use natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products and reusable cloths wherever possible. They're tough on dirt but safe for children, pets and anyone with sensitivities — and kinder to the environment.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Worcester and cover the city plus Droitwich Spa, Malvern, St John's, Bromsgrove, Pershore, Kempsey, Hallow, Fernhill Heath, Powick and Upton-upon-Severn, along with the villages in between. Not sure if we reach you? Send us your postcode and we'll confirm.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many customers give us access while they're at work or out. We're fully insured and DBS-checked, and we'll agree secure access arrangements with you in advance.
